Leasing Checklist
Thank you for choosing Jeff Caliri with BlackStone Realty as your Realtor of choice. I am looking forward to helping you find your new home. At this time with the high demand in the Rental Market we understand the importance of submitting a complete application package and getting everything approved in a timely manner. We want to make your transition to your new home as comfortable and smooth as possible.
To exceed your expectations through the leasing process, please provide and have ready the following items that will be needed to submit your application for the selected properties that you are interested in.
· Application ( 1 per Applicant over the age of 18) CAR Form LRA

· If you have credit issues please provide a Letter of Explanation. The letter should
quickly explain the reason for the credit issues.
· Pay Stubs for all Applicants. Please provide the last 2 pay stubs
· Most recent Bank Statement for Proof of Funds( just first page, you can black out
accoun# if you like).
· $35 application fee per adult over the age of 18.
